"let them face the reality and come to grips with it themselves" i quote this from a teacher's blog. So this is what teachers these days are doing.
Leave their students in the lurch to graple with the harsh realities and face it by themselves? Shouldnt you show some encouragement instead of letting them fall and struggle to get up by themselves? Assume that they all have strong will power to get up once again all by themselves?
For hells sake thats not your job, your job is to give them a helping hand to pick themselves up. Thats what teachers are for.
